My experience at North Vancouver Mitsubishi could have been better because I arrived with a set idea of what to expect on terms of price. BUT there were too many things that were not true. 1. During the test drive the sales person told us that he had "got us" the extended warranty and protection package. We had to pay for it, so I don't know what "Got us" meant. 2. They took a lot of time to bring the numbers for us, and we were with a 2 y.o., getting upset, so that wasn't giving us piece of mind. 3. When they presented us with the numbers, in a piece of paper with scribbles here and there that neither my wife nor me could read or understand properly because of our kid, they asked us to sign it, we thought just to show approval that we were ok with the proposal, but then after signing they told us that we just bought a car! We didn't think signing those papers would entitled that. 4. When asked for clarification on the price (because it was well over the price we saw on line, almost $20K more), the sales person and the manager wouldn't say anything until the business manager explained them to me (the last stop for it). By this point, a car I thought I would get for around $50K minus my car trade in, minus goverment rebates, minus black Friday discount, I ended up paying around $60K! 5. Lastly, during the test drive the sales person told us he had two colours. After signing the papers that day he said it only had one color of the car (different from what we originally chose). And by the day of the delivery, they gave me a different colour! And I realized that when signing the insurance papers! hey even had the decency to tell me in advance! I WOULD NEVER EVER LIKE TO GO BACK TO MITSUBISHI NORTH VANCOUVER AND HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW IS SHARED SO PEOPLE CAN BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THEM! Mr A
